Working as a research assistant for Chinese City Residents New Life Style Design Research project. This research is funded by LG Company, aims to uncover product opportunities of household electrical appliances. • We have four research directions and I take charge of one of them, user behavior of kitchen appliances. I have identified typical users and issued questionnaires. • Based on the feedbacks, I chose 8 valuable users and have taken home face-to-face interview to get details information.• Analyzed data from user researches, found several product opportunities.
