Mengke Liang has over 14 years’ work experience in both the public sector and the private sector. She is a cross-culture team leader, business strategist and an experienced project manager. She is currently an independent consultant, mainly helping companies enter new markets, both foreign companies coming to China and Chinese companies going abroad.Previously at PwC China, she led a multi-year international development programme funded by the UK government between Nov 2019 and Oct 2021. She also worked closely with Chinese government offices to promote inbound foreign investment, as well as with foreign companies enter the Chinese market. As the co-founder of Tsingyan Communications during her time with Tsingyan Research (2017-2019), she managed a team of 20 people. Under her leadership, the team achieved 14 million RMB in revenue with nearly 3 million RMB in profit in 2018. In one year’s time, she developed a complete new business area for the company and secured a multi-million RMB client.Mengke received her Master of Social Work degree from Syracuse University in the U.S. and B.A. in Journalism and a double bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tsinghua University in China.
