• Utilized python with APIs to perform web scraping of the most frequently used patient portal app (PPA) reviews• >100,000 reviews were scraped totally for 6 major PPAs and word counts per review were statistically summarized (scipy, seaborn, matplotlib)• Conducted text cleaning and sentence tokenization on review contents (Python-numpy, pandas, NLTK, Spacy, Stanza)• Applied text mining techniques to analyze reviews (sentiment analysis, topic modeling) (Python-pandas, NLTK vader, Textblob, Flair, gensim)
