Responsible for managing and executing library renovation projects, including extensive on-site preparation the week prior to the event. Manage high-energy, community-focused Reading Celebration Events for VIPs, schools, children, and their families through logistical planning and implementation. Develop, maintain and update program procedures based on current best practices or in response to specific sponsor needs. Engage and integrate teams of 150-200 volunteers into diverse small groups of corporate, local and youth volunteers. Arrange travel for event staff across multiple projects including flight, lodging, and local transportation. Manage on-site media relations and VIP experience. Consult on structural design enhancements such as spacial layout and signature visual elements for sponsors. Staff photographer responsible for capturing engaging and dynamic images for use on internal and external platforms.

Led more than 25 large-scale projects across North America that focused on community building in underserved areas over 8 week timelines, culminating in a 6-hour event that utilized 250-500 local and corporate volunteers to construct a playground from the ground up. Managed over $1.3 million in funding while maintaining detailed project records and sharing internal and external reports. Fostered relationships with senior level corporate sponsors as well as members of diverse rural and urban communities. Assisted in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new Associate Project Managers.
