• Daily maintenance of the Sales and Purchase Ledger.• Daily recording of all Client accounts, money paid and money owed.• Ensure that all invoices / expenses are paid on time and recorded on Sage Line 50.• Set up client accounts with Premium Credit and Close Premium Finance.• Ensure that all clients pay their premiums on time. Ensure that clients do not default with any credit agreements and if so chase all outstanding balances.• Produce monthly Profit and Loss account.• Produce various monthly reports including, Aged Debt and various insurance sales and commission reports as and when requested.• Cash flow reports – budget/actual.• Monthly and Yearly budgeting reports• Credit Control - Chase brokers on a daily basis for unpaid premiums.• Daily Banking of cheques and cash.• Make payments to Insurance companies on a monthly basis.• Giving assistance and guidance to staff on queries and dealing with complaints in accordance with our FSA procedures• Ensuring Compliance requirements are met by myself and other staff. Preparing a quarterly Compliance report for the Director.
