I am a Solicitor specialising in employment law. I have a strong focus on Coventry & Warwickshire SME's, providing advice and representation on a wide range of employment and HR issues. I am always mindful of commercial considerations and provide practical solutions and prompt common sense advice.My particular specialisms are assisting companies to deal with grievances and disciplinary matters, redundancies, TUPE transfers, settlement agreements, the preparation and enforcement of post termination restrictions, as well as defending a wide range of employment tribunal claims. I also draft specialist contracts of employment, directors service agreements and bespoke policies and procedures. I enjoy delivering topical employment law seminars to the Firm's clients, HR professionals and external organisations, as well as being invited as a guest lecturer on employment law at some of the region's Universities.I love physically competitive sports (especially Taekwondo and Netball), property development, handmade crafts and Roald Dahl.
