Supervise finance activity of 21 subsidiaries globally (its finance managers and Auditors) as Group HQ.Lead and consolidate the annual budgetary process.Implement finance procedure in HQ and its subsidiaries. Manage company funds and currency hedging.

Lead a team of 10 direct reporting including controllers, bookkeeping department, financial compliance and payroll management.Responsible for consolidation of the financial statements as well as for monthly close and corporate reporting in accordance with US GAAP. Supervise financial activity of a Belgium and Irish subsidiaries. Providing finance related business support to all departments across the organization (more than 500 employees).Supervise payroll administration process and responsible for the company headcount budget.Plan the tax strategy of the company including transfer prices and encouragement law.Manage company funds and currency hedging. Maintain and ensure Sox 404 compliance. Coordinating internal company audits and taking part in the narratives and control matrixes documentation for different financial cycles.Highly experienced in budget and forecasts planning and control.
