Creates, implements and measures the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the University’s image and position within the marketplace to the general public, and facilitates internal and external communications; Serves as the responsible party for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all University soft and hard copies of publications; Coordinates media interest in the University and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests; Ensures that the University regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversees the activities to monitor trends; Develops short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing, communications, public relations program and activities, monitors and reports the progress, assures adherence and evaluates performance

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement. Generate creative ideas for content that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience. Create compelling written and visual content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and graphics. Plan content calendars in coordination with overall digital marketing strategies

Develop, Manage and Deliver advertising and brand campaigns for the different products and services Partner management for both internal and external stakeholders (Advertising agencies). Develop a framework for message management that will advise the number of marketing campaigns and prioritization to be run by the organization in the set financial period.
