Main responsibilities:• Plan, prepare, forecast and execute atrïa’s purchases based on previous history and expected projects.• Coordinate with procurement department on all purchases and ensure timely ordering and delivery. • Update approved suppliers list by maintaining up-to standards ones and removing non-satisfactory ones. • Define and plan projects requirements in terms of human resources, equipment and time needed to perform the service.• Prepare reports and analysis of actual job executions, project closures and all activities and processes conducted by the Operations Unit.• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators, ensures fact-based decision making and provides improvement recommendations to Management. • Develop, update, analyze and communicate monthly budgets for all operating projects.• Highlight discrepancies in monthly budgets and suggest improvement actions.• Coordinate continuously with Operations and Commercial Executives to ensure that monthly budgets are met, and needed actions are taken.• Handle the Invoicing Process from invoice issuance to payment collection.• Follow up regularly with the finance department regarding atrïa’s financials.• Handle the Petty Cash process for atrïa.• Establish a quality and environmental management system compliant with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards of the operational and commercial departments and writing up relevant policies and procedures.

Main responsibilities:• Execute atrïa’s purchases based on previous history.• Ensure to grasp the best deals with suppliers by getting the best quality and price.• Follow up with suppliers in order to meet the agreed upon delivery time. • Create a Hotline exclusive to atrïa in order to receive inquiries, ensure their communication to the concerned, and report them to management.• Monitor employees’ attendance on Oracle.
