• Participate the studies for South Fork Wind, Revolution Wind and Sunrise Wind.• Conduct power system contingency, steady-state, load flow, dynamic, TRV, TOV, energisation and short circuit analysis compliance with ISO-NE, NYISO and FERC standards.• Interconnection impact studies for renewable energy power plant.• HVDC and FACTS modeling and analysis.• Development of solutions to mitigate identified stability issues. • Communication of study updates and presenting study results to partnership, regulatory agencies and IEEE task forces.

1. Collaborate with USF Smart Grid Power System Lab group as an industry advisor in developing research of practical values.2. Serve as a committee member for PhD proposal and dissertation defense.

The goal of the task force is to design a set of BPS-connected IBR models for grid planning. Those models are efficient for computation. They can be input/output frequency-domain admittance models, or white-box models with structures known and parameters learned from experiment data.
