 Assess, plan and manage facilitation of a comprehensive activities program utilising resources through ex-combatants; Prepare and review the activities calendar with the DDR team; Plan, coordinate, and facilitate appropriate mixed group activities; Network with the local community and develop a relationship with all; Lead by example, being visible, involved, and accessible; Involve ex-combatants to participate in THIMO activities; Provide on-going training and role modelling to support THIMO team; Manage all supply and material orders required to facilitate social programs in the community; Maintain and control use of funds through “cash for work” program; Ensure compliance of all local regulations as applicable; Liaison for MINUSCA/DDR and UNOPS; Other tasks as may be requested by UNOPS.
