When I started studying social sciences after a bachelor's degree in informatics, I had one goal: to bring together technical understanding and an ethical and social perspective in order to contribute to an inclusive (digital) future.I want to open up design processes, break down barriers and create fulfilling user experiences for all user groups. I am particularly interested in how technologies can enrich the everyday lives of people with illnesses and disabilities and what needs to change in society, politics, research and business in order to achieve this. For me, this is not just about assistive devices, health or medical technologies, but about all technologies in the sense of disability mainstreaming.
