Take the lead working with frontline teams to execute orderly management of construction works.Understand the business impact and implement processes and actions that will provide end-to-end support of teams in locations that require works, from identification to completion.Work collaboratively alongside Properties team and their representatives to support frontline teams through the construction process and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining a high level of engagement in the process with regional and area team members from both Retail and Partners centres as necessary.

The purpose of this role is to engage with key stakeholders and facilitate the implementation of a range of change and project initiatives that impact Retail Banking:Project manage small Retail Banking oriented projectsAct as a subject matter expert on pan-bank project working groupsIdentify and implement efficiency initiatives in Retail BankingProvide change management expertise on Retail specific change initiativesCommunicate key changes to end users in an effective manner

Key Responsibilities Investigating ideas and engaging key stakeholders to establish strategic fit, value and ease of implementation Providing updates to TiA submitters as ideas progress through investigation and implementation stages Communicating changes made as result of TiA through appropriate channels (news article, weekly operations updates, email) Ownership and editing of TiA content on intranet Representing retail in project workshops where requested Proactively seeking updates on changes in the bank through use of the intranet and contacting appropriate subject matter experts Managing the implementation of ideas where possible. For example, I was recently involved in establishing FAQs for cheques on the BNZ website. Completing TiA monthly reporting
