Current-Manages onboarding of new hires with customized training components, facilitates virtual learning events, and creates activities to address identified needs. -Designs and delivers training and program curriculum through building comprehensive training modules in SharePoint Online.-Monitors learning engagement metrics and organizes initiatives to improve program effectiveness from onboarding of new hires through continuous education of current employees.-Partners with managers to assess, identify, and tailor training content and onboarding material to align with instructional goals for clients, new hires, as well as existing employees by making use of various technologies including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.-Leads training workshop sessions for small groups to teach ways to interact with current products, improving the adoption of new products and processes.-Reviews and provides written feedback of training program and company products to improve instruction, leading to better client and employee comprehension and implementation of products and training materials.
