• Management of a major grant from the Legal Services Board ($230,000) to deliver a Family Violence Legal service and cultural engagement strategy to women from CALD backgrounds living in the Flemington and Ascot Vale.

• Management of 7 Community Street Soccer Programs across 4 Australian States. Programs managed, Perth, Bunbury, Darwin, Alice Springs, Adelaide, Elizabeth and Hobart.
• Provide strategic leadership to increase community engagement, stakeholder partnerships and community investment in the program.
• Management of 17 remote staff including state coordinators, coaches and player liaison staff, including recruiting, employing, inducting and staff
• Development of a new Alice Springs Street Soccer model that encouraged young indigenous population to make positive changes through the power of sport.
• Increase participation in low performing programs in Hobart and Perth by 60% in an eight-month period to maintain program longevity.

• Manage large special events, recreation and sports program for over 50 thousand students. Programs included On-Campus events, Orientation, Multicultural events, Sporting events and carnivals, Trips and Tours, student.
