As being a supervisor I would be opening the store, getting the tills ready by counting floats, check e-mails and check the jobs list left the previous day. Prioritize the jobs, give the team a run down on the figures and jobs to be done and anyadditional information. I would then open the store, attend any customers needs whilst over looking other team members.Throughout the day there maybe a delivery so I would process this with help from the team, whilst on the till serving I wouldalso sell account cards and motivate the team to do the same. keeping standards in the store high throughout the day and finally cash up and closing the store.I have learned to always keep motivated, passionate about the brand and the customer will also feel this, as customer service to me is so important
