I work with ELL middle school students at Pioneer Middle School to help them understand their classroom activities and homework, boost their linguistic and academic confidence, and give them the tools to succeed as bilingual members of the community.

I served as the Whitman Athletics photographer. I also headed up the Whitman Athletics bi-monthly newsletter, maintain social media sites with up-to-date reports on of games and matches, and wrote post-game recaps of sporting events for the Whitman Athletics website.

I photograph campus events for use in the Whitman College website, magazine and Facebook page.

Wrote and worked as managing editor for the school newspaper The Pioneer; participated in chorale; was a two-year captain of the varsity swim team.

Oversaw editorial staff, managed general workflow and assignments of The Pioneer, assisted Editor-in-Chief in larger production projects for the benefit of short-term success and long-term growth of The Pioneer.

Compiled and managed the bilingual website of Mano a Mano Aviation. Interviewed and documented stories of native Bolivians involved in the organization's projects. Reached out to relevant foundations and organizations in the interest of forming professional connections and soliciting support for Mano a Mano Aviation.

Edited and managed the content of the Sports page, assigned page content and assisted with page layout in the interest of increasing readership of sports news at Whitman College.
