Facilitate (ensuring commercial best value return) vehicle leasing arrangements with the Department of Treasury and Finance and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and ensure Government and Force policies, practices and procedures are adhered to. Provide high level authoritative, informed contemporary advice and a consultancy service to senior management on all vehicle fleet, transport and ancillary service issues.
