As a Case Manager I have up to 20 individual Clients who I provide holistic support as they establish and work towards short and long-term goals-Stay up to date with constantly evolving resources to best serve our Neighbors-Manage our Case Management application and waitlist to reflect the changing needs of our unhoused community-Create new community partnerships-Certified Coordinated Assessor and am able to navigate HMIS (Homeless Management Information System)-Act as a mentor to the AmeriCorps and Interns when the Supervisor is unavailable

The Trinity Center is a day resource center that provides a variety of services to our Unhoused Community. As an AmeriCorps I am learning to adapt to the ethical and social structure of working in homeless services. -Assist in obtaining and managing vital documents and TABC/ Food Handler's certificates. -Develop new relationships within the community to better learn about available resources-Work with up to 8 Clients in a person-centered environment to help them obtain short and long-term goals.- Use HMIS daily and am currently working towards becoming a certified Coordinated Assessor through ECHO.

Empowering Central Texas’ bluegrass communities through education, events and community.-Establishing membership benefits to help increase our current contingency- Planning and executing bluegrass-centric events to promote the CTBA and our members while adapting to more virtual events during the pandemic-Initiating CTBA partnered events to further promote our members with opportunities to play- Running monthly board meetings-Emphasized diversity and inclusion with the most diverse board ever to sit for CTBA

-Extensive knowledge of beer, including brewing process and pairings, protocol in the brewery and taproom - Planned, executed and managed over 150 events and booked over 110 bands-Events and attendance grew each year under my leadership and ideas on how to connect local artists with the Austin community-Started St. Elmo Gives, a monthly event connecting the brewery with local charities and donating portions of proceeds from the event-Raised over $22,000 for local charities -Organized ASL trainings and volunteer days at local nonprofits

Currently guiding 2/3 year olds at a NAEYC accredited preschool which maintains the highest standards for an early childhood education. My process of teaching was inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy through their focus of a child's life experience in a classroom setting. Adventure, cooking, yoga/dance and movement and crafting were always included in our daily experience.

Worked with students from kinder-5th grade in a bilingual public school in SF. As their days were long and rigid I created an environment that was liberating and supported their own personal identity through recycled materials, spoken word in spanish, english or both. I organized a spring fling in which all of the after-school classes took part with performances, poetry recitals, a presentation of wild animal facts and more. I also created a circulation called Live415 with a comprehensive list of free or cheap activities happening in the city to promote an awareness of all the city has to offer that the families may or may not be aware of.
