Monitoring, evaluation and learning consultant based in Jordan - currently on a six-month contract with UNRWA supporting data management within the Protection Division.Having begun my career in business development, funding and communications, I moved into research and evaluation consulting for humanitarian and international development organisations including INGOs, Governments, CBOs and UN Agencies.I hold a Masters in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam, focused on research methodology and data analysis. I have previously lived in Uganda, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, the Netherlands and Jordan, and worked on projects across East/Southern Africa, South Asia and the MENA region.I am also a Trustee on the Board of RedR UK - a humanitarian charity supporting learning and development opportunities for professionals working on disaster relief and climate change mitigation. I conducted data analysis of all KIIs/FGDs using open coding techniques in a bespoke database and used this qualitative data to write responses to over 20 research questions.
