Hi! My name is Libby Cox and I love escrow and title. I've been a residential escrow officer since 2004 in the Portland, Oregon metro area. I'm a native Oregonian. I have extensive experience in residential real estate including traditional home sales and refinances, REOs/foreclosures, short sales, hard money financing, owner carry transactions, rentals, flips, land sales, manufactured homes, tiny homes, floating homes, new construction, development and subdivision sales. You name it, i've probably closed it. Those that know me personally would describe me as bright, hardworking and proactive with a positive attitude and great energy. I am truly passionate about what I do and take a lot of pride in my own success as well as helping others to achieve their goals. When I’m not working you can usually find me outdoors. I am married to my best friend and we have 4 crazy basenji dogs and a horse. I enjoy cooking, baking, crafting, horseback riding, snowboarding, hiking, camping and exploring the amazing Pacific Northwest.
