As a Human Resources Advisor at Betfred, I support the HR team in delivering a range of services and initiatives, such as recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. I have over three years of experience in the HR field, starting as an Administrative Assistant and then progressing through to my current position as Human Resources Advisor. I have developed skills in using various HR software and systems, such as SageHR, Recruitee, LinkedIn, BrightHR and Indeed, as well as creating and updating HR policies and procedures in line with the best practices and legal requirements. I am currently pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, which will enhance my knowledge and competencies in the HR profession.
