A senior executive and company director with leadership experience in global branded consumer businesses and non-executive director roles with for-profit and non-profit entities. As a Sustainability leader, I bring genuine understanding and lived experience of the challenges and rewards of bringing an ESG strategy to life across a large complex international business.I joined Allianz in 2024 and currently lead the Legal, Sustainability, Company Secretariat, Governance, Communications and Corporate Affairs teams.At beverage & dairy company Lion, I led the Legal, Sustainability, Government Relations, Communications and Container Deposit teams. I sat around Lion’s senior executive and Board tables for almost 10 years – developing strategy, driving change, executing M&A transactions, establishing JVs and partnerships and stewarding stakeholder relations. I developed award-winning ESG programs that embedded Sustainability as a key differentiator for Lion. I led government relations strategies across a raft of issues in the regulated alcohol and dairy sectors and drove the systematic measurement and promotion of Lion’s corporate reputation. Before Lion, 10 years with US multinational PepsiCo/Yum in the International Legal team built my corporate, commercial and M&A skills. This included 4 years in London as Senior Legal Counsel for the UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Israel.Non-executive director roles have included Sparke Helmore (current), Remedy Drinks, the VicReturn CDS entity, Bevchain (JV between Lion & Linfox) and non-profit Red Room Poetry. Inside Lion, I partnered the Chairman as Company Secretary, represented Lion on industry associations and was Chair of the Indigenous Advisory Council, Kirin's Global Sustainability Forum and the Modern Slavery Working Group.
