I have always been passionate about conservation of wildlife and our environment, specifically preservation of endangered species. I decided to pursue both education and career opportunities that would allow me to pursue my passion as well as make a difference in this world. I obtained my B.S. in Biology from Furman University in May 2021. I am currently working on my M.S. in Wildlife Forensic Science and Conservation from the University of Florida, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2024. I am currently an environmental analyst at BCS Laboratories in Gainesville, FL, where I perform microbiological testing on soil and water samples from around the world.
