Working with the Financial Solutions Group (FSG) main responsibilities include : • Managing significant change in partnership with numerous business areas, this involves capturing change and business case development, analysis, sizing & planning, approval & prioritisation, implementation and benefits realisation.• Ensuring Business Readiness. As part of launching changes, I act as the focal point for change communications. I work closely with teams to ensure they are well prepared for smooth delivery of their new processes (e.g. process mapping, training guides etc.). • Driving the implementation of operational excellence/LEAN across all operational processes, embedding a culture of continuous operational improvement.• Accountable for on-going development, coaching and mentoring of team members.

 Managing significant HR change in partnership with numerous business areas, examples of projects I have delivered are: an agile change management framework, a customer relationship framework. Managing Projects. I present recommendations from customer surveys/focus groups to the HR Leadership Team, which leads to the initiation of a number of projects - many of which I lead. This involves capturing change and business case development, analysis, sizing & planning, approval & prioritisation, implementation and benefits realisation. Managing Process Documentation and Customer Service. As part of launching changes, I act as the focal point for all change communications. I work closely with HR teams to ensure they are well prepared for customer queries and smooth delivery of their processes (e.g. process mapping, training guides etc.).  Engaging with Legal & Policies team. I present ideas for process improvement and seek legal sign off and gain updates on legislative/policy changes and mange the implementation of those changes. Lead Publisher for the HR Intranet site. I led the migration of the HR intranet site to Share Point. I gained approval from the HR Leadership Team on my proposed strategy on how to manage the site with a focus on accuracy and engagement. I complete on-going customer analytics (10,000 visitors a month) to make continuous improvements.

Liaised with and gained approval of the processes from stakeholders (HR Operations, HR Managers, HRBPs, Business Approval Group, Executive Steering Committee, Compliance, Audit etc.). Designed and delivered communications to the business. * Grandfather Assessment Project. I was a key team player in the compilation of the review process, communication with stakeholders (Executives, HR/Line Managers, data warehouse dept etc) to prepare and present documentation to the review committee (Executives, HR Managers etc). Review of the new FOM system and guidance to external vendors and staff on the new method of processing invoices and centralising invoice management. I worked with a project team to organise a departmental move and set up. I managed the professional running of the Learning Centre. Lead facilitator in designing and delivering the L&D workshop to guide managers to complete a tailored L&D Plan, while also encouraging group interaction, knowledge sharing and one to one coaching. Induction Programme.
