Responsible for growing and cultivating my territory through product sales, pipeline development and relationship building with my clients. I sell marketing solutions to enhance small business's online presence through digital and print outreach while continuing to manage my clients campaigns and our relationships after the sale.

 Collaborated with Director of Sales and Marketing to develop marketing that introduced membership programs to potential clients. Conducted telemarketing and set up appointments to interested clients to increase annual membership. Booked hundreds of tours securing the first step in membership purchase. Worked marketing shows and expos: Set up and tore down displays, spoke directly with people at events, passed out flyers, and answered questions about our resort.  Completed Marketing projects. Worked with community businesses and recruited 14 companies for Membership Discount program. -Created flyers, posters, and pamphlets for different events Gave private tours to recruit potential members. Performed office duties: Filing confidential member data, responded to company emails, entered data, and maintained spreadsheets.

• Toured potential renters of our property which required product and real estate knowledge.• Signed hundreds of leases within two years due to providing excellent customer service to renters • Did on-campus and off-campus marketing for the property and interacted with the public to maximize the number of leases signed• Handled complaints by residents and took positive action to resolve them• Performed every day office duties to assist Leasing Manager/Director and help business operations run smoothly.• Efficiently learned new database and program system over a one-week span, due to our property ownership change, in order to keep residents from any inconvenience. • Received “Student Staff Member of March 2013” in our region from our corporate headquarters, American Campus Communities.
