For 15 years, our practice delivered comprehensive financial planning focused on individuals 5-10 years out from retirement. Our specialty was positioning families to be able to transition into retirement in the most tax-efficient and strategic way. Our goal was always to ensure the income our clients desired, and give them flexibility to achieve their charitable giving and generosity goals. During my tenure, I built systems and processes for my own financial planning practice that allowed me to scale to a solo advisor 7-figure firm…while working just three days a week so I could be a super-present mom to my two boys. In 2009 I started speaking nationally and sharing our systems and processes with advisors all over the country. We helped hundreds of advisors streamline their businesses so that they could enjoy more time with their families and not constantly live in a state of overwhelm. After 10 years coaching advisors, I felt the call to transition to coaching full time. My passion is help other advisors take control of their business and to help achieve their goals, without feeling tethered to their phones and computers. In 2019, I sold my practice to Vantage Financial, an independent RIA. Thrivent Financial is a not-for-profit, Fortune 500, Christian financial services membership organization helping more than 2 million member-owners achieve financial security and give back to their communities.
