Covenant Living is a multi-site, not-for-profit senior living organization. During my time at Covenant Living, I managed and documented the capital budget and capital requests for 12 national campuses. This included updating, gathering, and maintaining apartment refurbishment/re-occupy database in Microsoft Excel for use of annual maintenance/budgets. Supported Vice President of Support Services, Vice President of Strategic Development, and National Director of Facilities and Process Improvement by managing multiple expense accounts, calendars, and department initiatives such as researching and implementing Active Shooter policy and training for Emergency Action plan for all campuses. I also took part in process improvement, data analysis, and led corporate-initiative training for all employees and leadership. Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in Project Management.
