I understand what's needed to put a contract or arrangement in place, what it should provide for, how to get bidders interested and how to make the risk and return fair to all parties.I've worked on business and commercial cases, draft contracts, payment, reporting and governance arrangements,, procurement documents and processes, negotiations and ongoing monitoring, through to termination and insourcing. I retired from PwC in July 2022 and carry out occasional consulting with clients in the public sector but otherwise enjoy a non-working life.
