Current1. HR business partner for corporate functions: Finance, GIS, HSE, Legal ,Commercial & HR2. Design and implement BU People Review(high potential & succession plan) and facilitate BU staffing planning activities3. Design and facilitate company wide compensation related projects: salary adjustment, promotion, disparity, performance calibration and compensation planning4. Labor cost design, calculation and analysis5.Manage monthly payroll6. Other HR regular activities: policy review, supervisor development, recruiting etc.
