Assist the Underwriter's & CLTM's in pre-review of New and Renewal risk. Includes, researching ISO, NCCI, OSHA, CATUM, Flood Search, MVR analysis & preliminary set up. Daily task include Customer Service to internal and external customers, includes Agent's, Underwriter's, CLTM's & Mangement. This includes such task as ordering Loss Control, processing endorsement changes, setting up BOR's, handling Audit disputes, DMV errors, Direct Billing issues & many other customer needs. Currently handling the entire South East Region which includes our Atlanta, Charlotte & Nashville office staff.Also, work directly with RVP & Underwriting Mgr. & Risk Control in providing weekly excel spreadsheets and logs to help maintain status of monthly renewals. Assist in gathering and providing updated information for monthly Large Account review and any other request they may have relating to our commercial risk.Additional responsibilities included maintain Corporate Fleet registrations, Office Maintenance & Operations.

Property Underwriter for AL, GA & FL territories - risk size up to $2M. Primary risk included habitational accounts.

Middle Market Underwriter for all lines, primary states worked were Texas & Florida. Premium size up to $250,000. 1996-1999 job description included working as an Underwriting Associate for WorkComp Solutions - a mono line Work Comp company.

Reconcilaition of Agency payments vs company entries. Direct Billing issues and review. Audit disputes and Legal Collections set up and documentation.
