Meditation Yoga Pilates InstructorMy first love was ballet. I was good , so good I was chosen for the Australian ballet school, however the grueling process of preparing proved too much for my little 14 year old body. I wasn't accepted into the Australian Ballet. Heart broken and permanently injured I moved on. By my mid 20's I knew that what ever career I chose it would have to support my damaged body. Iyengar Yoga was widely popular. I loved it, and more relevant, my body thrived on it . Yoga was the obvious career choice. I opened Yarra Valley Yoga School in 1999. The yoga room has had many incarnations. I no longer have drop in classes. These days as I move toward my 60's I prefer one on one sessions.
