Libby M Gardner is a writer, producer, and filmmaker. Her work has been published in outlets including The New York Times and Qu Literary Journal. Gardner currently writes for WORK IT OUT WOMBATS (PBS Kids) and THE PIGEON EXPLAINS! (Hidden Pigeon Co) and recently served as Writer and Co-Producer on BOOK DROP for Twin Cities PBS. Past TV credits include TINY TIME TRAVEL (PBS Kids), HELPSTERS (Apple TV+), MURPHY BROWN (CBS), and SUPERIOR DONUTS (CBS). Gardner also has experience creating non-scripted television, chiefly with GREAT PERFORMANCES (PBS) and QUEER SPORTS (VICE News). These days, Gardner continues to collaborate on television projects as well as write and develop her own work, including SUNNY SIDE UP MYSTERIES - an original kids’ detective show exploring critical thinking skills and social emotional learning. Her stage plays include NORTHERN LIGHTS, RYAN & ALICE, and THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH.
