Course of Trade is a registered 501c3 dedicated to providing free manufacturing sewing training and job placement assistance to New Yorkers in need -- no previous sewing experience necessary.

• Lead team of sixteen administrative and on-site production employees
• Serve as primary point of contact for stores and vendors throughout the United States, Europe and Asia
• Plan and execute complex production schedule to fulfill weekly shipping quotas while maintaining rigorous product quality and design standards
• Analyze profit and loss statements
• Order and source materials with an eye on cost and consumption
• Manage all financial aspects of the company including accounts receivable and cash flow

• Organized two bridal market runway shows, including casting of models, coordinating lighting, music, and photography
• Coordinated invitations, seating and post-show follow-up with attending media, top stores and prospective new accounts; created press package and eBook to promote the new line
• Worked with vendors and factories to source new materials

• Developed design ideas and pattern work for upcoming styles
• Produced marketing graphics and technical sketches of current styles using Photoshop and Illustrator
