I work in the Management Team within the Sky Store department of Firstsource Derby, where I coach the Team in delivering fantastic customer service as well as contributing to the smooth running of the department. I also liaise with the client regarding the effects that the campaign has on the customer experience. In addition, I am a part-time Singing Teacher at the Yamaha Music School in Burton-upon-Trent.In the future I hope to tie in my work experience in Music and Coaching and my First-Class degree to gain a Masters in Music Therapy. I want to use these skills to promote emotional well-being and help others to improve their physical health, cognitive skills, and their ability to communicate. Alongside this I have aspirations of developing video content on social platforms that reaches out, and is a support to, those with complex mental health problems. I believe that my own personal experience with my mental health concerns as well as my journey of development and recovery is not well covered on social media, and that I can provide a unique and helpful platform for others to relate to and support one another.In my spare time I love to cook and I enjoy going camping with my partner and family.
