I'm an explorer scout leader and leader at The Norfolk Broads Pathfinder Cruise. Diving into young leader training from age 14, I progressed to adult leadership roles in both. My passion for full-time youth work grew through experiences like the National Citizenship Service (NCS), where I honed skills in fundraising and social media campaigns vital for successful projects. Studying for my degree and my scouts' involvement fueled a passion for inclusive youth programs and safe spaces. This led me to further training in safeguarding and EDI for anti-oppressive support.
