Planning and operational delivery of the 14 CWC teams' logistics when in New Zealand:- Management of Team Schedules and distribution to Team Managers, Team Liaison Officers (TLOs), relevant programme areas and ICC. Main point of contact for TLOs in relation to team requirements. - Team laundry process development, management, budget control and issue resolution. - Travel arrangements for teams including flights and bus schedules; team meet and greets at airports with restricted airside access; provision of team arrival and departure information to airlines, airports, NZ Customs, Immigration NZ; seating and baggage allowance information to airlines. - Team baggage movement process development, management and facilitation. - Management of team rooming lists to hotels and team room requirements. - Organisation of Team Liaison Officers' and Turf Managers' Conferences. - Management and delivery of Team Handbook.

As a Team Services Coordinator at the New Zealand Olympic Committee, I was responsible for the delivery of the logistics and administration of the New Zealand team to the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games. Key tasks for London 2012 and Sochi 2014 included:- Manage the collection and submission of accreditation and sport entries data to Organising Committee.- Main point of contact for Sochi 2014 Organising Committee - ensure delivery of their requirements.- Manage the content and logistics of long list workshops and conferences.- Frequent communication with athletes, coaches, National Sports Organisations and Games Organising Committees.- Deliver Games-time village operations – ticket orders, accreditation and housing management, arrivals and departures.- Create and manage the Team’s internal website.
