CurrentYouthTank's mission is to be an opportunity gateway for young people to thrive in Detroit’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, earn while they learn marketable design and tech innovation skills, and build professional relationships and confidence that drive upward economic mobility, as they contribute to real world outcomes and feed the talent pipeline to Detroit's economic growth and community prosperity. My role: - Lead grant writing and fundraising efforts to support YouthTank programs and initiatives.- Co-design and develop comprehensive programs that teach entrepreneurship, leadership, community engagement, social emotional learning, and career readiness. Ensure programs address the needs and interests of participants. - Define program goals, objectives, and designed age-appropriate activities and curriculum.- Establish and maintained partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and reach. Collaborate with external partners to leverage resources, share best practices, and expand programmatic offerings.- Create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters youth voice, leadership, and participation. - - Engage youth in program planning, decision-making, and evaluation processes to ensure programs meet their needs and interests.
