I describe myself as a preventive health catalyst. I can't make you improve your health, no-one except you has that power, but I can point you in the right direction and hold your hand (figuratively speaking) along the way.I do this in two ways. Firstly, I provide education to individuals to help them improve their health under my Vitality Bites name. This may be in regard to the food you eat, the products you use in your home or the environment you live in.Secondly, through Bio Circuitry, I provide really great products that help to support your health. These can be in the form of phone and Wi-Fi radiation protection, drug free pain relief or alkaline water.I grew up in the 'burbs in northwest Sydney. At the time, by today's standards, it was on the outskirts of Sydney and a short drive would take you to market gardens where you could pick your own strawberries in summer.We had a dog and chooks, chickens if you are not Australian, and an above ground pool in summer. As a kid, I walked to school with a bunch of other kids and we hung out in each other's houses as if they were our own. We had competitions to see who could spit their watermelon pips the furthest.I was going to grow up to be a vet or to cure cancer, Neither of those happened.Instead, I ended up following the path of an entrepreneur with two businesses which interact with each other.I was taught to be responsible for my decisions. If I chose to eat too much chocolate and then was sick, well, that was my own choice and I had to live with the consequences. I learnt pretty fast that chocolate was a 'sometimes' food!As the world becomes more complex, it is harder to discern the implications of your choices and the long term outcomes can be disastrous.Deciding where to start and individualising those changes to fit with your own lifestyle is possible. It will, very likely, involve some discomfort and a degree of commitment.Those small changes now can have huge ramifications which just might see you surviving into old age with your health, vitality and sense of humour intact.There is no single aspect to being the best, most vital version of you.Start with one thing.
