A key contact for both new and existing clients, I help manage client expectations with regards to deliverables and timings, while working collaboratively with Taste’s creative team of filmmakers, designers, animators and developers, who create our world-class creative.

Initiate and oversee a variety of projects centred around the customer/client experience with Koorong. Coordinate the creation and timely delivery of engaging communications across multiple channels, working closely with the design team as well as the IT, buying and retail departments to achieve Koorong’s objectives. Input into the annual planning and marketing strategies. Scheduling and briefing the creation/execution of campaigns across print, digital and radio channels. Distributing updates to facilitate preparation for marketing initiatives.

Responsible for data entry and stock file maintenance, communication with suppliers and publishers around forthcoming titles, sales reporting and preliminary analysis, writing procedural documentation, assisting with staff training, and undertaking industry related research.
