As Director: Programs at Humentum I worked with global practitioners to make available a wide range of free resources and learning opportunities across Program and Project Management, Financial Management, Business Development, Compliance and Risk Management, and HR & Learning. As a consultant with a background in education, I design and deliver learning in online and face-to-face settings. My specific areas of training expertise are in Training of Trainers, USAID Rules & Regulations and eFacilitation. I also work closely with trainers, instructional designers, and onsite teams to ensure client learning experiences meet learner needs and are relevant, practical and engaging.
