About Libby Sweeney
An editor at heart and by trade, I have professional experience editing nonfiction (short-form online articles, certification textbooks, creative nonfiction, sportswriting, articles, white papers, and academic dissertations) and fiction (novels). I happily freelance edit, copy edit, and proofread any genre needed and spend my full-time work editing articles and occasional longer projects on data privacy. I also have professional experience copyediting and include that (by instinct!) in any work I do. It doesn't have an off button. My previous experience has been far more than just editing. I bring honed editorial and communication skills to serve fast-paced environments where I thrive both independently and on a team. I've worn hats in editing, writing, public relations, publishing, communications, content creation and production. In writing, I combine effective storytelling, editorial skills and craft with sports communication and journalism experience for content writing and editing.
Listed skills include Editing, Proofreading, Team Leadership, Conflict Management, and 6 others.
