As the HR Operations Manager and member of the senior HR Leadership Team, I led the Operations team through a period of significant transformation whilst supporting the 3000+ employee & managers based in the UK. I have been doing this role remotely from New Zealand since March 2020.

As the myHR Manager I led and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the myHR Shared Services team, which has 13 Assistant Advisors. The team is the first point of contact for MBIE managers with HR quires and responsible for generating all employment related documentation. During this time I also worked alongside the HR Programmes team to develop and implement a fit for purpose CRM system & customer portal for HR and payroll at MBIE.

In this role I was part of a the HR Programmes Team. We were focused on embedding MBIE’S HR Operating Model. Our team led strategic and operational HR initiatives to ensure the HR Branch was partnering successfully the wider business to provide value add HR-services.

In this role i provided first level support to the Center of Research and Evaluation (CSRE) Unit, which is the largest Research and Evaluation department in New Zealand’s Public Sector.

This was a full time position working in a weekly payroll team for one of New Zealand's largest and most well-known companies.
