Responsible for ensuring the overall well-being of all campers and for developing care strategies to successfully integrate all campers into the camp program. Train and equip both volunteer and paid staff to provide a high degree of care to campers, and to liaise with parents, guardians, and CAS as necessary in order to ensure the ongoing safety of campers after camp.
