At Curve, I've been working diligently for over a year and a half as a Fraud Specialist, our excellent team has consistently enhanced fraud processes and carried out thousands of investigations into a varied range of fraud case types including scams, ATOs and third party fraud. I have also successfully trained and led a team of four agents focusing on third party fraud claims handling. I have leveraged my customer success knowledge and experience to provide an excellent level of service for Curve customers and keep them protected from fraud and supported in the unfortunate circumstances where fraud occurs.
