As the Founder of Chica Communications, I’ve dedicated my career to elevating brands through innovative marketing strategies, building new businesses and developing programs where employees feel empowered. I like helping organizations thrive in competitive markets while creating meaningful connections with their audiences. During my 15+ years with Chipotle, I played a key role in expanding the brand from 200 to over 2,500 locations, contributing to its growth into an internationally renowned burrito icon. Still to this day, the guac rocks. I've had the honor of speaking at Harvard Business School, George Washington University and UCLA to share my knowledge on business leadership and innovation with the world's future leaders. I get to work with students and emerging artists as the Co-Founder of CAMPVS/STVDIO SPACE in university-adjacent creative hubs where new ideas come to life.With a Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership Studies, and over 1,000 hours of yoga instruction as an RYT-200 certified teacher, my work is guided by a deep commitment to holistic growth and wellbeing.
