At Lighthouse Partners/Mesirow Financial, I worked my way up from Operations Coordinator to Project Manager. I managed Operational projects across all teams to organize effective and timely goal completion. In addition to project management, I was responsible for client reporting and responding to client requests, scheduling, event planning, booking travel, ad hoc executive requests, maintaining office facilities, and generally volunteering to learn whatever anyone needed done but didn't have time to do. I credit this role for teaching me a great deal about the financial services industry, a field that was foreign to me as an actor, which demonstrates my ability to learn quickly and adapt to the requirements of a new industry. I brought my acting skills to the corporate world through communicating necessary information to the firm, organizing and facilitating team events, orienting new hires, and providing group training for necessary business functions. I utilized my teaching experience by heading the intern program for both summer and year round interns through providing training, organizing seminars, performing evaluations and check ins, and managing workflow for this group of employees.

Collaborate with co-teachers to incorporate different art forms (visual art and dance) into the final performance, create a master script according to each class' skill set, direct all pieces of the show into one final production, work with the Principal of the school to achieve his vision for this show as a staple in the school environment for years to come, oversee technical elements of the show, work within a given budget while still providing a high quality of live entertainment.
