WHAT I DID: I led communications and served as company spokesperson during a pivotal time in Universal's history. I developed emerging leaders within the division to create bench strength and succession capabilities, after which I left the corporate world to become a leadership coach and consultant.

WHAT I DID: I was recruited by Turner Broadcasting Company to establish a West Coast communications and public relations office, overseeing campaigns for TBS, TNT, TCM, and Cartoon Network, working alongside a global team. Recognized as a skilled communications strategist and leadership expert, I built a team of dedicated professionals.

WHAT I DID: I started my corporate entertainment career as a PR assistant at Norman Lear's Embassy Communications which was acquired by Columbia Pictures, then Coca-Cola, and finally y Sony. Within five years, I had become VP and department head for publicity, advertising, and promotion for five divisions within Sony's Worldwide Television group, including Columbia Pictures Television and TriStar Television. In that capacity, I oversaw campaigns for such iconic hits as Married...With Children, Mad About You, and the Ricki Lake Show.
