As Head of Production at FRANK Digital, I have many roles. My favourite part of my job is to help lead our creative team and building relationships. I love people and working hard to maintain trust to get the job done well. I thrive on challenges and always being able to find a solution to what some say is impossible.I lead the financial, technical, and creative aspects of each FRANK Digital project while in pre-production, production, post-production and delivery - ensuring the work is meeting the client’s standards. Collaborate with President, Creative Director, Production Team and Clients to come up with the best strategy for video/animation content. Making sure that we are providing a solid solution that our clients will love. Also ensuring that our clients are on-board throughout the process. Communication is key in my process - no one likes to not know what is going on.I help create a fun and positive work environment to keep our team motivated to do the best job possible. *I am known to bring in baking and tend to motivate people through good food.My role also involves development of Documentaries, TV Series, Drama Features from start to finish. I work with the President to help develop ideas, create pitch sheets, pitch to broadcasters, maintain relationships with broadcast executives and industry types.
