Dr. Libby Maman is the Founder and CEO of Luminata - your strategic and research partner on your path to a broader societal impact, helping public institutions, NGOs, and companies make data-driven decisions and build stakeholder trust. About me:I have started my professional experience in the public sector, and then moved to academia to pursue a Ph.D on impact measurement and trust evaluation. My mission was to develop a framework to measure the democratic quality of public organizations, to turn values into metrics. I believe that every organization can become better, for its employees, stakeholders and society and I am determined to find creative and useful ways to help the leading organizations, brands and governments to do so.As an academic, I have published papers on regulation and public administration, and won several international awards and grants. I pursued my PhD in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Barcelona Institute of International Studies. In the last 7 years I have also worked as a consultant for governments, companies and NGOs, that contacted me and requested my help in developing measures to increase trust and to advance evidence based policy.I have founded Luminata to increase impact and help more companies measure their impact and become more trustworthy and a positive force in the world.I am now hiring analysts and consultants that share Luminata's mission to increase impact and trust.
